Ronnie Linder from Leggett, CA holds a dime bright hen steelhead he caught drifting yarn and a puffball with a minion of natural cured salmon roe pulled through the egg loop. Ronnie is fishing a Northern California coastal stream less then three miles from the Pacific Ocean. Many of these small streams that dump into the ocean have very heathy steelhead runs. These creeks will remain unnamed by SalmonSacRiver.com but the reward from a little homework and some time dedicated to trying something new may pay off big for you.

Mike's Fishing Guide Service for Northern California salmon fishing guided adventures, and Sacramento River Fishing Guides. Targeting Sacramento River Salmon, Sacramento River Striped Bass, White Sturgeon on the Sacramento River, American Shad And Rainbow Trout, The Best Sacramento River Fishing Guide and Sacramento River Salmon and Striped Bass Fishing Guide On The Sacramento River. Sacramento River Fishing is our specialty.

Mike has called Northern California home his whole life. Fishing the streams of the eastern sierras for trout and the Russian river for steelhead as a young boy, his passion for fishing and the outdoors consumed his childhood as knowledge was gained. Attending high school in Corning, Ca, Mike also spent a great deal of time on the banks of the Sacramento river, chasing Salmon, Steelhead, American Shad and Striped Bass. Mike was fortunate enough to have been taught by some experienced guides that have since passed. Now a guide himself over the last decade, he prides himself on providing a comfortable, fun and enjoyable experience for all those he guides. You will not find another guide in Northern California as devoted as Mike and that spends the amount of time on the water as he does. It definitely shows at the end of the day when the fish are counted.
