** Next stocking on Tuesday, March 13th **

We have just stocked the lake again with 2000 lbs of Alpers rainbows on the Tuesday night, March 6. The fishing this past week has been good even with the warm weather. The best baits to use have been inflated nightcrawlers with garlic scent, rainbow & chartreuse powerbait, pink, orange and green power worms, and all colors of tube jigs. The hot spots have been next to the concession building to the point and down by the launch ramp. The boats have been doing awesome at the bubble hole, three pipes, the flats and in front of the dock.

Bass:
The bass have moved to the shallows for pre-spaw. Night crawlers have been working well.

Fly fishermen:
Sign up for Frank Murata's Fly Fishing Class at FishingwithFrank@aol.com Fly fishing has been awesome down in the flats & especially over by three pipes.?? Olive with a gold bead, the Zebra and black with red midges has been working best.
