The ranch is also still fishing well with much of the same patterns as listed above. It's probably best to reserve half day sessions in the morning as opposed to full days for the next 5 or 6 weeks.

We had a couple slow fly reports come in from the Virginias but were told from those anglers that the bait fishermen were doing very well launching power bait from the shoreline! Kind of the opposite we'd expect this time

Incredible weather, perfect for offshore looking, led to a few handfuls of beautiful grade yellowfin on the way down. Harbingers of better things to come? It is likely so. But we did not happen upon the mother lode just yet.
