The Halibut fishing continues to be good on the beaches below Capitola in 40-60 feet. There was one boat who spotted Blue fin jumping straight out of Santa Cruz 5-7 miles. The anglers saw them twice but could not get them to bite. The anglers who went up the coast experienced some ugly south winds near Davenport. The Rock fishing was good at South Rock and Natural Bridges. I did not hear of many Salmon except the few near Pajaro in 80-100 feet of water.
