On Thursday, November 12, the New Buccaneer had another successful 30-hour safari trip with Captains Matt Smith and Sam Hardeman. The 38 anglers returned with a very nice catch of 73 yellowfin tuna, 182 blackfin tuna, 7 skipjack tuna, 79 vermillion snapper, 11 lane snapper, 6 lesser amberjack, and 1 scamp grouper.
On Saturday, November 14, fishing picked up on the bay fishing trip with a number of red and black drum landed. The New Buccaneer 12-hour trip also did well, returning with 385 vermillion snapper, 62 blue runner, 5 mangrove snapper, 61 lane snapper, 6 scamp grouper, 1 rock hind grouper, 3 red hind grouper, 4 almaco jack, 3 little tiny and 1 squirellfish.
