The Outrider out of Fisherman’s Landing in San Diego, CA called in with with us today.

We departed on Friday on our weekend 1.5 Day with a little bit of a bumpy ride down there and the weather was up a bit. We arrived on the grounds a little after midnight. We missed an incredible night bite they had from 9pm till Midnight. We looked around around and found one at gray light, and picked away at a few and we ended up with 9 or so on that first spot.

We scratched the day away to try and pick up a few more. We looked, and looked and looked and we were just about ready to through in the towel and around 11:30 pm or so and we ended up getting on the bite! We were able to get limits for our 1.5 Day, mostly in the 40-80lb range!
