Ruby Lake is almost entirely ice-free. The collection ditch is mostly ice-free and fishing should be fair to good for trout. Fishing will pick up when the spring stockings occur. All areas of the Refuge are accessible. Harrison Pass is open, but requires four wheel drive due to mud and snow.

Special Regulations: Artificial lures only in the collection ditch. Minimum size for black bass is 10 inches. Non-motorized boats and boats propelled by gas motors 10hp or less are permitted August 1-December 31

Marilyn's Pond: Marilyn’s Pond is closed due to ice
Mitch Pond: Fishing has been slow at Mitch Pond
North Pond: North Pond is unable to be stocked due to low water levels
Onion Valley Reservoir: No recent reports from Onion due to limited/no access during the winter months
Paradise Park Ponds: Fishing has been slow at the ponds
Rye Patch Reservoir: The abundant water over the last two years has helped significantly improve the overall health of this fishery
Seemand Pond: For now, fishing remains fair at Seeman
