The Salmon bite was slow for the anglers who worked the area from yesterday. There were a few fish caught at 36'50/121'55 early in the morning. The best reports on the bay came from 36'51/121'58. There was one boat who had limits around noon for 2 people. The angler was using rainbow flashers and Kajikis down 150 feet. The water was nice in the morning but the wind came up in the afternoon. There were not great scores today but the fish that were caught were big. Check the photos for today!. The water is expected to be better for the weekend and don't forget Rockcod opens May 1. All of the reports that I have heard say Ano will be open for a few months so lets fish May hard!
