The fishing for Salmon was decent for the anglers who worked near the Black Buoy and near Moss Landing Harbor. The area around 36'50/121'51 and 36'49/121'49 were the best I heard of. The scores ranged from 1-2 fish a boat. The school may have moved up to the Soquel Hole so you may want to try that for a while. There were a few Halibut caught in front of the Santa Cruz Harbor. I did not get any Seabass reports today but there was another big Striper caught at New Brighton. There were no boats looking for Albacore that I heard of. The wind started to drop today so the Albacore grounds should be good in the morning. There will be live bait available at Bocci Boy on S dock at 3:30 am. The water is warm just outside the weather buoy around 36'42/122'29. That is a 30 mile run from Santa Cruz. The Rockcod fishing was great of South Rock with limits reported.
