KINGSTON CANYON SECTION (October 25) Water flows are down to 15 to 20 cubic feet per second, and the river has cleared up to its standard, non-irrigation season cloudiness. Brown trout get aggressive in the fall as they prepare to spawn, so try using streamers and flashy lures.
