PROVO RIVER, LOWER: (December 11) Angling pressure is light with the cold temperatures. Fly anglers report success with various small nymphs and egg-imitation patterns. Most anglers are focusing on the area below Deer Creek Dam and down to the Olmstead Diversion Dam. Remember to stay out of spawning gravel areas. Bait is allowed in some stretches of the river.
