The fishing for Albacore was good with the wind starting to lay down 45 miles out. The fish were caught from 36'51/122'54 to 36'57/122'57. The scores ranged from 8-15 fish a boat in that area. The Salmon reports were decent in the Soquel Hole and the Black Can area. The fish were caught trolling 35-110 feet down. The best numbers were 36'51/121'56 and 36'51/121'53. The Rockcod fishing was good at Ano Nuevo and Davenport. It is the last weeks to fish Ano Nuevo to Davenport so you better get on it and bring your kids up the coast before the ocean gets closed there! The Halibut bite was decent in Capitola. The Seabass are still working bait balls near the Cement Ship you just have to look. The offshore water should be nice Thursday and there is a good chance of catching a Dorado or a Yellowtail.
