The fishing was great near Franklin Point today in 50-90 feet of water. There were some great scores of big Olives in 140 feet of water off Natural Bridges. The wind stayed down all day long until a late afternoon breeze came up. The Salmon season is still open and there are a few fish still being caught of Natural Bridges. The Halibut bite is still going slow for the anglers working the northern beaches. I did not get any reports of Albacore. The Rockcod is open until Nov. 30 and Salmon closes Oct. 8. The Crab season opens on Nov. 3.
