Normally, from about late January to late March, the grey whales take up residence at Bahia Magdalena where they spawn, breed and give birth. In these shallow warm waters, this is the end of the largest migration of mammals on earth as they come down from the Bering Sea near Alaska. We've started running daily trips to the Bay to spend a day getting close to these amazing gentle animals and it's a great life-time experience for the whole family.
