visiting from Utah Misty Maave (blue top) and Pua Matagi are showing 2 nice size trout and a average size striper they were fishing in the upper big bend area and using a small trout lure.

In the same area we have Rio, at 5 years old sister Emily at 8 and Kaily 11. the Franco family Or Randy and Susan's grand kids have been learning catch and release but this one rainbow was hooked deep and has made it to the table. this trout weighed in at 1.6 pounds and 15 and 1/2 inches the fish was landed on power bait.

In the chaparral area Gene Tofoya land a few with the larger one weighing in at 3.48 pounds and 22 inches. gene was fishing from shore using anchovies.
