Swine Flu effects on Fishing

The Swine Flu has had an enormous impact on all of the various
fishing locations throughout Mexico and the cancellations have been
rampant for the past several days. While Mexico has about a 110
million people, the actual numbers that are ill are truly miniscule
and I have not heard of a single flu problem from any of our fishing
areas. Hopefully, it will remain that way until this dilemma has
passed by. Unfortunately, the media has locked their jaws on the
issue and have been relentless in their efforts to scare the public
with endless descriptive adjectives that are often expansions of the
real thing. I encourage each of you to "read between the lines" on
some of the information/misinformation that is currently being
floated around. In any event, this will "run it's course" in due
time and things will get back to normal. Hopefully, it will be
sooner than later.
