Jordanelle Reservoir State Park is reporting 16 inches of ice at the main marina with 8 inches of snow on top and a few pockets of slush while drilling. The Personal Watercraft ramp area ice is 6 inches of clear ice with a skiff of snow on top. The Rock Cliff area ice is over 15 inches thick with almost a foot of snow on top in different areas. Anglers are catching trout (primarily rainbows) using jigging spoons or tube jigs tipped with a piece of nightcrawler or a mealworm.
