Lake Powell water level has now dropped to 3,519 feet. The Stateline Auxiliary Ramp remains open, with three launch lanes operating. Vessels of all sizes can be launched and retrieved. The Bullfrog North Ramp is open but limited to one side of the ramp. Access down to Blue Notch Road leading to Good Hope Bay is good. Hand launching of kayaks and small boats is possible (but not easy) anywhere along the shoreline where a small craft can be carried to the lakeshore. The lake will begin to rise as runoff begins in April. Projections for the elevation rise is approximately 45 feet, however, the total rise will be dependent on weather and operation of dams upstream.
