Wednesday 5/17 GGFA Vice President Mike Rescino and board member James Smith attended the CDFW commission meeting and voiced their concerns(opinion) on lowering the California Halibut daily bag limit from 3 to 2. After hearing their concerns and others who commented the commission unanimously voted in favor of the the proposal. Big win for the halibut fishery!!
