Water may bump and discolor with rain, but it’s a Dry/Dropperman’s world on the upper Juan. Start out with an attractor hopper pattern and a smaller dropper. Watch for hatches of PMDs and Caddis. Keep an eye on water temps and if they bump over 66, call it a day.
