Important warning: On February 22, Deer Creek Dam will be flow testing one of their tube valves throughout the day. The flow in the river is anticipated to rise at about 100 cubic fee per second/per hour and reach a maximum flow of roughly 800 cfs. This is 600+ cfs above the winter average of 190 cfs. Please be safe around the river and be aware of changing water conditions. Normal river flows will resume as soon as the flow tests have been completed. Note: The Lower Provo River has a flow capacity of 2,000+ cfs, so this is going to be well within the flow capacity of the river.
