The reservoir is capped. All edges were solid. There is a large area in the middle of the reservoir that just capped, we were not brave enough to see how thick that ice is.
Also a friendly reminder to not be trashy, we found a spot where people had been fishing and they left their trash behind. Please remember to pack your trash out with you.

dixie hollow: 7-9”
rocky canyon: 7-9”
