The fishing for inshore species is the best bet right now due to the windy conditions on the outside waters. The scores of Salmon ranged from 0-3 fish a boat near the Black Can at 36'51/121'52. The Salmon are being caught in 160-190 feet of water down 80-110 feet. There are Mackerel around so check your gear often. The Rockcod fishing was good up near Ano Nuevo but the wind was blowing in the afternoon. The inshore Rockcod fishing was good near Natural Bridges and South Rock. There were a few Halibut caught in front of the harbor trolling. There were no boats out for Albacore due to the wind.
