Fishing is fair. Anglers aren't catching many trout, but some folks are catching bullhead catfish. On April 28, an angler caught a bullhead within his first ten minutes fishing in the second pond. He was using worms near the bridge. You can see a lot of small fish swimming in the third pond near the fishing pier, but they tend to hide when the pelicans and cormorants get close. T catch the smaller fish, use small pieces of worms, PowerBait or a single salmon egg on a size 8 or 10 hook.
