The blue-winged olive mayflies are coming off in the afternoons, roughly between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Anglers fishing near the Tunnels and Vivian Park are doing well fishing very small BWO patterns on the surface, or just barely subsurface. Fish have been very active while it's raining and snowing. Water is higher than normal this time of the year. Water levels are only going to increase this month as water is released out of Deer Creek Reservoir.
