The Salmon bite is still going decent for the few anglers who were fishing near the Black Buoy at 36'50/121'53. I fished that area to 36'48/121'52 and ended up with 4 nice Salmon. We caught out fish on Gold Tom Mack Spoons, Blue Kajikis, and Krippled Anchovies. Most of our bites were 175 feet down but we did get a few fish down 30-60 feet too. There were a few other boats that were out there early who had 4 fish limits by 10:00. The few boats that worked the 36'51/121'57 area had great signs of fish and caught 2-3 fish there. The Rockcod fishing was great outside the Mile Buoy in 70 feet of water. There were a few Halibut caught near Capitola and on the West side of Santa Cruz.
